NEW CLIENTS
I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth or in person services.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS
The connection I build with my clients is key to successful outcomes. I am happy to provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to assess fit and answer any questions you may have.

PAYMENT
I accept payment by debit or credit card, and payment is due in full at the beginning of each session. I require a credit card to be on file and will bill the card for each session as well as no-show appointments or late cancellations.

INSURANCE
I am in-network with a few insurance companies (Premera, Blue Cross, Anthem, and Lifewise). Please feel free to reach out to me to determine whether I am in-network with your specific plan. If I am not an in-network provider for your plan, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. My out-of-network and private pay rates are listed below:

  • Individual

    • 50 minute session, $175

    • 80 minute session, $245

  • Conjoint (2 or more individuals)

    • 50 minute session, $225

    • 80 minute session, $295

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made 48-hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. Clients who do not cancel 48-hours prior to the start of session will be charged for the full fee after a one-time fee waiver that renews at the first of each year.
