NEW CLIENTS

I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth services.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

The connection I build with my clients is key to successful outcomes. I am happy to provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to assess fit and answer any questions you may have.

PAYMENT

I accept payment by debit or credit card, and payment is due in full at the beginning of each session. I require a credit card to be on file and will bill the card for each session as well as no-show appointments or late cancellations.

INSURANCE

I do not accept insurance, however I can provide a superbill statement with the necessary information needed to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made 48-hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. Clients who do not cancel 48-hours prior to the start of session will be charged for the full fee after a one-time fee waiver that renews at the first of each year.
